MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION & RECURRING BILLING

↪︎ There is no setup or activation fee. Your initial monthly payment will activate your membership. The membership will automatically renew each month at the applicable monthly rate until the automatic expiration date.

CANCELLATION

↪︎ You may cancel your membership at any time, and there is no cancellation fee. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not provide a refund or credit for payments that have already been processed.

↪︎ Membership payments are non-refundable.

MONTHLY BENEFITS & EXPIRATION

↪︎ Included membership sessions are issued during each monthly benefit period and do not roll over.

Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the applicable monthly benefit period. Upon renewal, the membership will reset to the standard number of Salt Cave and Sauna sessions included with the selected membership tier.

✦ Each monthly benefit period for this membership includes two (2) Single Person Salt Cave Sessions and one (1) Infrared Sauna & Heated Detox Dome Session. Unused sessions expire at the end of the applicable monthly benefit period. At the beginning of the next benefit period, the membership will reset to the standard three-session monthly allotment until the subscription auto-terminates.

✦ The subscription consists of three consecutive monthly payments of $35.00 and will automatically expire after the third payment. The total amount billed throughout the Trial is $105.00.

⚑ Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or substituted for another service unless expressly authorized by Hocking Hills Salt Cave.

SINGLE PERSON SALT CAVE SESSIONS

↪︎ Each included Single Person Salt Cave Session covers one seat for the named member only.

⚠︎ Membership benefits may not be used to reserve:

✗  Additional Salt Cave seats;

✗  Another guest’s Single Person Salt Cave appointment;

✗  Multiple Salt Cave appointments occurring at the same time; or

✗  A Private Group Salt Cave Session.

INFRARED SAUNA & HEATED DETOX DOME SESSIONS

↪︎ Each included Infrared Sauna & Heated Detox Dome Session is considered to be a private appointment and may include:

✔︎ The named member; and

✔︎ One additional guest at no additional charge.

✔︎ Two (2) towels per guest (to use for the duration of the session).

⚠︎ The named member is the "Membership Holder," and must be present for the appointment. The additional guest does not require or deduct an additional membership session.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

↪︎ All appointments must be scheduled online using the membership code issued following purchase.

⚠︎ Appointments are subject to:

• Regular scheduling availability;

• Hocking Hills Salt Cave’s current operating hours;

• Applicable appointment policies; and

• Any service-specific eligibility or scheduling requirements.

⚠︎ NOTE: Possession of a membership does not guarantee the availability of a particular date or appointment time.

MEMBERSHIP USE

↪︎ Membership benefits are issued exclusively to the named member and are non-transferable.

↪︎ Membership codes may not be shared or used to schedule appointments under another person’s name or email address. Codes may not be used to reserve multiple seats or simultaneous appointments unless specifically permitted under the Sauna guest allowance described above.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

↪︎ Membership subscriptions and included sessions may not be combined with another promotion, offer, certificate, package, coupon, or discount unless expressly stated otherwise by Hocking Hills Salt Cave.

➁ Misuse, unauthorized sharing, attempted duplication, or fraudulent use of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination of the membership without refund.
